This notice applies to information submitted through the AODX website enquiry form.
Information we collect
We receive the name, company, email, country, product requirements and other details you submit. We use them to review and respond to your enquiry.
How the form works
Enquiries are stored in a restricted Cloudflare D1 database before email notification through the configured delivery service. FormSubmit or Resend processes enquiry details to forward notifications to our team. Notification failures do not delete your enquiry. We use submission rate limits, a hidden anti-spam field and, when configured, Cloudflare Turnstile. A daily hash of the network address supports rate limiting; raw network addresses are not stored with the enquiry.
Retention and requests
Enquiry records and notification messages are retained to review, respond to and follow up your business enquiry. To request access or deletion, reply to the address used in our response.
External services
Cloudflare processes website traffic and stored enquiry records, and bot-check data when verification is enabled. The configured email delivery service (FormSubmit or Resend) processes the form message for notification. No behavior analytics is enabled in this version.
